Here’s a first look at a stone-clad, sun-drenche Here’s a first look at a stone-clad, sun-drenched guest house we are currently designing in the Caribbean with our former colleague, Alexander Antonelli! Conceived of as a standalone pavilion, the Upper Level houses a Study with spectacular views of the Caribbean, as well as a Recreation Room which opens onto a basketball court. The Lower Level accommodates a large bedroom suite and a separate bunk room to accommodate family and friends. We are delighted to share photos of our recent ren We are delighted to share photos of our recent renovation of a commodious 3,700 SF industrial loft in Tribeca. The client’s growing family was seeking to organize this gracious space into a series of intimate gathering spaces that flow seamlessly from one area to the next. The key areas of impact included relocating and enlarging the kitchen and dining areas and creating two distinct living areas which can be screened off from each other using smart glass. As part of a very seasoned team of designers and builders, we defied supply chain complications and a severely back-logged building department to transform a spec. home and grounds into a customized sanctuary.
